I have 3 units that I have had Prospers HVAC to repair. There are companies that won’t even service mini-split A/Cs. That is what separates this company from all the others. I also appreciated the knowledge that Patrick had of these A/Cs including how to keep them in good shape. He was patient and immediately knew what the issue was. In this kind of weather you do not want to be without an A/C. I’m so glad that he fit us in when he was really booked to capacity. Quality service!! And great customer service.
Patrick was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. From the moment he arrived, he took his time inspecting the system thoroughly and explaining everything in a way that made sense to me. He didn’t rush through anything, he made sure I understood exactly what the issues were and what my options were moving forward.
What stood out most was his honesty. He didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary work. Instead, he focused on what truly needed to be done and walked me through the process step-by-step.

My A/C stopped on me on Tuesday night I called Patrick on Wednesday morning and my A/C was back running by 6pm THANK YOU so much for the great work you’ve done for me and my family.
