I had an amazing massage therapy session with Courtnay yesterday, and I can't believe how much better my hips feel today! She really listened to what my body needed and worked out so much tension. Afterward, her new colleague Tai came in to do some assisted stretching, and it was absolutely incredible—such a great addition to the session. I felt aligned, relaxed, and energized all at once. The combination of therapeutic massage and stretching was exactly what I needed. I'm already sending my husband next week—I know he's going to love it just as much as I did. Highly recommend if you're looking for skilled, intuitive, and results-focused massage therapists!
