“literally the best massage i've ever had. i've gotten a massage at least bi weekly or monthly for years & linda is the best i've ever had. she got out so many knots out that i didn't even know i had. the location is perfect: right on magazine & the space was beautiful with natural light & super clean. it felt luxurious for the price. couldn't recommend it more!“

“We used Spa Atlantis in New Orleans for my daughter's wedding. They did my daughter's hair, the maid of honor's hair and makeup, and my hair and makeup. The location was convenient to our hotel, and they were able to accommodate multiple people at the same time, which was helpful on a busy wedding day. My daughter's hair turned out as she wanted (a simple, smooth bun) which was the highlight of the experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The makeup was decent and looked fine in photos, but it was not as natural as I would have liked. Unfortunately, there were some challenges. I waited more than 30 minutes past my appointment time on a day when timing was critical. While they did offer a 10% discount for the delay, the lost time was far more stressful than the discount was helpful. The hair updos were fairly average, and the services overall took longer than expected. My hair did not stay in place throughout the evening, which was disappointing, and I would likely style it myself if given the choice again. Overall, Spa Atlantis was convenient and pleasant, but future bridal parties should plan for extra time and manage expectations regarding styling and makeup.“

“I had the Ashiatsu Deepfeet Massage with Paul, and it was honestly one of the best parts of our trip to New Orleans! The room was perfect! The smell, the lighting, and the music set the mood beautifully. Since it was my first time experiencing the Ashiatsu Deepfeet massage, I really appreciated that Paul gave me an overview beforehand. “My wife and I were looking for a refuge from New York City when we came across some tickets leaving first thing in the morning. Our check in was in the afternoon and so I needed to find a place to relax early Christmas Day and the Spa at the Roosevelt New Orleans was just the thing. I spoke to the very knowledgable and fabulous Caroline a few times she answered my barge of questions about the city, the facilities which helped me rule out the 4 seasons & Ritz spas. Upon arrival Caroline, by this time an old friend, greeted us warmly with red velvet cookies, champagne and fresh squeezed orange juice as we lounged in our robes. Patti & Rhonda, who we call the miracle-worker-healing-hand-magician-Goddesses, made us question whether we left the planet or were having Christmas Day couple's massages. We still don't know, but what's completely clear is that the experience was BETTER THAN MAGIC. To top it all off, Jill gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne on the way out, welcoming us into the Crescent City in the way no other city could. Again, we live and love New York, have traveled the world, and that said we can now definitively say that The Roosevelt New Orleans is the gold standard.“

“A can't praise Savoir Faire high enough. This is a small cozy neighborhood place, so much nicer to feel part of the family as soon as you walk in. I chose it with the hope of this and was not disappointed. My Micropeel facial with Hilary was just what I needed after a long busy summer in the heat. My eyebrows were tidied and tinted. I was cleansed and restored and silver screen ready. I was glowing and still am a week later. A massage with Cezanne followed. She really worked on my aching hip and gave it a good seeing to. She really put the T in therapeutic. I bounced out of the salon with a spring in my step ready to hike to Columns for cocktails. We come to NOLA a couple of times a year and this will be my treat to myself (with full endorsement from hubby) every time.“

I booked a hot stone massage with Stephen, and from start to finish, I felt completely relaxed and celebrated. From the moment I arrived, the little birthday touches made my day extra special.
