Rachel Reed at Hinge Salon is absolute hair magic. I trusted her with a big change, taking my long locks and turning them into something short, sassy, and full of personality, and she did not disappoint. She listened, gave great guidance, and somehow managed to make the whole process feel exciting instead of terrifying.
The cut is flattering, fun, easy, and has that “I woke up cooler than yesterday” energy. Rachel has such a great eye for shape and style, and she made sure I left feeling confident, fresh, and completely obsessed with my new look.

After receiving myriad compliments on yet another beautiful haircut from Rachel, I realized that I have never left a review! This is a major oversight on my part as she has been my exclusive stylist for 15 years now. I have wavy hair, and she has always done so well with it that I stayed with her even when I lived in Miami. She cut my hair when it was short, helped me grow it out, cut it when it was long, and recently gave me a stylish bob. That was her idea, and I have never regretted giving her full artistic license. An artist is indeed what she is, as well as an amazing human working in an amazing space. I highly recommend Rachel for any hair needs!
Been going to Hinge since moving to the city in 2021 and have always been so thrilled with my hair cuts! Rachel knows how to cut, style and color my very precise bob and bangs exactly how I like - high fashion! Added bonus she is also a really great person and I always enjoy our conversations in the chair.
