The whole office is great at explaining what they are doing, why they are doing it, even down to confirming the procedures fit my budget. I loved them so much for dental care, I even met with the orthodontist and got clear liners to help with my long term issues. That process has been super easy, and has worked wonders. I really enjoyed it. At my second appointment, I met a whole new group, including Dr. Blackwell, who was very nice, and Christine, an expert hygienist with over 30 years of experience, handled the cleaning. She introduced me to some advanced techniques I hadn’t seen before, like ozone therapy, and explained everything as she went.
From Catherine, who first greeted me as I walked in, handled my payments, and is absolutely fantastic, to Julaine, who did the initial scans and X-rays and made me instantly relaxed and at ease, to all the rest who have been exceedingly helpful and friendly—everyone I’ve encountered has been great.
