I had a hard time finding a dentist in New Orleans. A colleague recommended MID City and it has been a great experience. Friendly staff, transparent prices, and the back office operations are run efficiently. It is your teeth, so you get what you pay for. Did I mention they play jazz? Wait times are bit variable.
Staff very knowledgeable, I was made to feel welcomed and relaxed. I was seen promptly at my scheduled time. Dr was very nice and knowledgeable of my situation. Dr. Eagerly discussed my concerns and put me at ease. Delightful experience.
As dentist’s visits go it has always been a pleasant experience going to Mid-City Smiles for my dental needs. The entire staff is and have been very professional and friendly. I look forward to continue my relationship with Mid-City for their dental services.
