Javon in the office is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and everytime I called made me feel heard.
The frustration I had was I felt extremely confused because I had my implant done in 02/2026 and I didnt get reimbursed by LA Dental until yesterday 9/2026. I was having trouble communicating with my insurance company and getting them to cover it and LA Dental was sending them the information but for some reason I had to pay 1700+ dollars upfront and it felt like after I paid no one cared about communication… read full review
Staff was very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. The doctor was very informative and made you feel very comfortable and knowing what’s going on with you personally what’s next in terms you.
