“hired Geaux Maids of New Orleans for a standard clean at a small 1b/2ba short-term rental — no cleaning supplies on hand, so bringing in help was the right call. the whole process felt easy from the start: the initial call was thorough, they asked great questions to understand the space, and by the end i knew exactly what to expect. i also went with them over other options because they were able to get someone out sooner — even at a slightly higher price, that turned out to be well worth it.<br><br>they send automated text reminders too, including one letting you know your cleaner is on the way, which was a nice touch.<br><br>Amber P did the cleaning and she was wonderful — right on time, professional, and just a genuinely pleasant person to have in the space. it was a standard clean (not deep), but there was still plenty to handle given the dog hair throughout the place.<br><br>i have pretty high standards, so i did a thorough walkthrough afterward: checked the little things (base of the toilet, whether the mini trash bins had been moved to clean underneath — they had). her attention to detail really showed. the place felt genuinely clean and smelled wonderful; she'd even taken out the trash, replaced the bags, and put fresh liners in every mini bin around the rental. such a thoughtful extra step.<br><br>would absolutely recommend Geaux Maids of New Orleans — and i'll be requesting Amber specifically every time.”
