I have been working with Phresh’s staff since November of last year and I am continuously impressed with their flexibility and quality of work.They are able to keep up with last minute additions and cancellations to reservations and my guest reviews on cleaning have never been below 4 stars.Chantel and Dontae on the management team are amazing to work with! They are reliable and truly care about the quality of work their teams provide.I love the ease of using the Phresh portal to schedule cleans and the ability to leave critical notes for the cleaning team. Their system also pairs with QuickBooks for easy payments and accounting.Additionally, the Phresh team can accept supplies for your rental and deliver it at their next visit! So helpful if you’re remote.I would 10 out of 10 recommend using Phresh for your short term rental cleaning needs!“
“Excellent cleaning service! Was on the expensive side but the lady (I don't remember her name) was extremely thorough. It was a recently renovated home so not very dirty. Just superficial cleaning. But she spent 8 hours there. 1600 sq feet. And gave me suggestions on keeping the bathroom fixtures and shower door clean and well kept.“

“Shae was fantastic to work with. We had him completely repaint the exterior of our home. He was knowledgeable about the color and quality of the paint, he communicated well and was respectful of our schedule, and most importantly, did a great job.After a tree fell on our house, Shae quickly returned to review any damage and make recommendations for touch ups or repairs to the exterior.We've got other projects in the works from upgrading our deck to hanging a new ceiling fan and will definitely be hiring Shae for those projects too.
