So first of all the level of service is UNMATCHED. As a busy nightshifter with kitties, I was looking for a cleaning service that can help me keep up with the mess of daily life. They did my initial cleaning and I am SHOOK. I didn't even know the faucet in my bathtub could sparkle, but now it does. They scrubbed and cleaned my refrigerator, vaccumed my kitty towers, dusted my fan blades, MADE MY BED!?!?
