“I found a groupon for an undeniably great price and less than a mile from my house so I figured why not. she responded very quickly to my voicemail to book an appointment and set one up for a morning. after working 13 hours overnight, I was greeted by a friendly face and we chatted about my concerns (as a nurse on a surgery step down floor, my problem area is mainly my back but I'm always on my feet running around). she began with an amazing head massage, that I could have let her do for the entire hour, which immediately relieved some of the tension throughout my back. I felt very comfortable with Joan and booked another session right after. no complaints, only minor suggestions, some aromatherapy oils or a diffuser would have been extra nice and it was a little cold but I was too relaxed to even worry about it but will ask for it to be warmer next time. can't wait to return & I'm glad I looked her up on Yelp for the $39 massage check in. would happily recommend her to anyone, especially all of my nursing colleagues.“
