Let me start by saying Michelle is an absolute sweetheart. She was professional and accommodating from the start by recommending the proper technique for my brows and fitting me in. She answered all of my emails promptly. Everything was explained in detail. She invited me to look at her social media to see her work and I saw all the great things everyone had to say. I was really comfortable and very pleased. I can't wait to see the final result in a couple of weeks.

Ms.Michelle has mastered professionalism, mannerism, & communication. I have booked many times with her; facials and waxes. For first time waxers she is reassuring and takes her time to make it painless as possible. She is very polite and pays attention to your needs and at every detail. Michelle was very professional with exceptional bedside mannerisms. She makes every experience personal and focus solely on you. She also pays attention to detail and includes you in while walking you through her every move. The atmosphere is very very welcoming as well.
