This place turned my life around. Seriously!I have some undiagnosed autoimmunedisorder and had been suffering for over ayear. My biggest issue was extreme fatigue.I also have joint pain and hoped Cryotherapymight help. It did! But the biggest surprise wasthe amount of energy it gave me!Now, I'm able to get some exercise (mostlywalking), and it's given me the edge I neededto stop deteriorating.Also, the owner is fantastic! She really believesin what she does and never tries to upsell me. I have been going to NOLA Cryo for 2 three months now. The place is clean the staff is friendly and if you want a good massage ask to see Mr. Willie he is the best at what he does. I am doing the whole body Cryotherapy and they do spot treatments also. the owner miss Malina is a very nice person and she will definitely get you feeling better. They also do Facials

I’ve been gong to Nola Cryo for some time now. Love it here! Milena is always a pleasure. I recently had a lymphatic massage with Willie, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Before the massage began, Willie took the time to explain the lymphatic system and how the massage would benefit me. The massage itself was very relaxing. Willie used gentle and rhythmic strokes to promote healthy lymph flow. Throughout the massage, Willie checked in with me to make sure pressure and technique were working for me. I would highly recommend!
