I attended a birthday spa day. It was a wonderful encounter. When I got to the store, nobody greeted me. My masseuse was Aristide. He did a fantastic job of outlining every detail of the massage. My facial was given to me by Sandra. I was unfamiliar with the various kinds of facials, so she began to have an attitude towards the situation. I didn’t feel welcome at that time and no longer wanted to receive the facial.

This place is phenomenal!!! The atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming.This was my first time coming to a spa and Reannon was extraordinary!!! She provided me with guidance and insight on what to expect. As well as listened to my needs. She is truly the standard I expect from all my future massages.What an experience ?? ????. I truly feel good
