“I've been a Ketamine infusion patient of Dr. Ball's for almost three years. I've had incredible success with the treatment and honestly attribute the contributions of Dr. Ball and Ketamine infusions to making it through the hardest chapter of my life.
When I learned about the Stellate Ganglion Block, I was on board but really didn't know what to expect as far as the rewards of the procedure.
This is the best way I can describe it-
Anxiety and spiraling overthinking, for me, are so strong that it becomes like a hollow pit below my rib cage. It's a physical feeling of tension and shortness of breath almost. Five days after my Stellate Ganglion Block, I took a deep breath and... It wasn't there anymore. I could literally feel the spot had released. THEN, some bad things happened- things exactly like past events that had sent me into a terrible headspace. But now, when these things happened, I was able to process the thoughts and feelings, actually make a plan of action, and MOVE THE HECK ON.
I also have a serious nerve injury in my neck and a pinched nerve in my spine. I can say that both the Ketamine and nerve block have given me serious relief.
The stalking and harassment has continued but I can honestly say- I feel strong and my thoughts feel organized and not like a storm of emotions.
Between the Ketamine treatments and how they have helped to build on my mind's adaptability and chill and the nerve block that helped my body break the cycle... I can't recommend this enough.
There is usually a super cute puppy in the office and you'll honestly love the nurses as well.
