“We went today and had to say goodbye to our dear elderly cat. It was one of the worst days of my life, but I found solace in the amazing humans there. Everyone was unbelievably kind, from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor and especially the manager (thank you, from the bottom of my heart). They all made sure my dear girl felt the warmth and love of not just her family, but everyone she came into contact with on her final day. I lost my best friend, but it was moving to see so many great humans rallying to help, even though we were completely new and they never met us before. It restored some hope on a very dark day. We have two French Bulldogs which always comes with extra complications/vet bills and Dr. Goldman and Dr. Guichard are both incredibly helpful with brachycephalic dog breed specific issues. They really go the extra mile to make sure your pet is taken care of and they are also aware of avoiding extra costs.

We have done our routine care with them as well as two surgeries, can’t recommend them enough.“

“My dog had a CCL repair jan 6th in my home town in NW Arkansas she had 10 staples that needed to be removed 10 days later only we had vacation plans in Louisiana after getting here i researched veterinarian services and found expressway animal hospital they were fantastic no appointments walk in and they removed staples and did not even charge me for their services I would recommend them if I lived here they'd be my new veterinarian“

“We have been coming to Carrollton vet with our dog since our old vet(s) retired, after we searched for years for another amazing private vet practice. Dr Algero is caring and knowledgeable. He is patient in explaining what he believes might be going on, the tests (if any) necessary, next steps, any meds he thinks might help, side effects, etc, and always a clear explanation of why and our options. Vets like Dr Algero are the best - they only care about what's best for your pet and work with you all the way. They are walk-in only, but they are clear about that and they let you know if there's a long wait (emergency ahead of you) or other factors. Their rates are very reasonable imo. I know they treat her well and compassionately when she goes to the back with them, which is important to us. His assistants (Nester & Jerry) are involved, always gentle and greet Belle so she's never balked at going back or being handled by them. They are prompt answering their phones, return calls when they say they will and Pam at the front desk always gets me whatever documentation I need when I ask.“

Dr. Kreider and Dr. Merriwether have provided excellent care for my anxious kitty and have helped us work through many illnesses and behavioral situations over the years. They are always right on the money with their recommendations and treatment plans. We trust them completely! We love that they know exactly who we are every time we call and are so genuinely excited to see Minnie. We also love the consistency in care. On the first week of July, my other dog little bit has been going back-and-forth to Aurora Veterinarian and she passed away. I don’t know why they didn’t pick up on what was going on with her. I had her there so many times she had a tumor in her chest.My heart was broken so here I am searching for another veterinarian and came across Bellchase. They seem to care about my babies so I’m gonna give them a try they have good reviews. So I can’t give you an honest opinion because I really don’t know yet but check back in about three months and I should know more about this Veterinarian establishment“

“Dr. McKenna does an amazing job with all of my fur babies. You can tell he genuinely cares about animals. Kind, patient and friendly. Recently I had two of my (indoor only) cats get sick and he had them feeling and looking better in just a day or two. My dog also needed surgery and he did an amazing job with that. I would highly recommend Dr. McKenna to anyone with fur babies.“
