My dog ate some chocolate late in the day and I was having trouble finding a vet that was open and not on a parade route. I called Terry Parkway Vet and the vet tech went above and beyond the call of duty to get the medical attention that my dog needed. She was kind and patient. I am so impressed and appreciative!

Due to our dog being very ill and not showing any improvement after several weeks of prescribed meds from other Veterinary location, we took our very ill dog to Terry Parkway Animal Hospital for a second opinion. The other Veterinary tried and seemed very caring but based on symptoms and no improvement after 2 different rounds of meds, they referred us to a specialist place for some very expensive procedures. My dog's first encounter with Dr Salles was for a sick visit. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by his staff with kindness and compassion. Dr Salles is very knowledgeable, thorough with the examination, and diagnosed the issues. He explained in great detail and addressed all of my concerns. I was called later that evening by his tech, Susuan to check on Lola. Both Dr Salles and Susan have been very attentive and continued to reach out to check on Lola's progress.
