I got my haircut in AL during Hurricane Ida. It was the worst haircut I've ever received. As I was leaving to go out of town to visit my parents, I was mortified that I wouldn't have time to get it recut and unsure of what someone could do to fix it. I called the salon and spoke with Lisa. She said to come in immediately, and that she'd do her best to fix my hair for me. Lisa did an amazing job! She took her time and did a great job cleaning up my mess of a haircut. Even though she had other customers waiting, she treated me like I was her only customer. Thank you Lisa!!!!

I've been to this salon twice and both times i have left crying. I asked for just a trim of my dead ends and somehow they have messed that up both times. After the first time i said i was never getting my hair cut there again but i needed a quick trim and didn't think they could mess that up again, and i got a different hair dresser. Safe to say i will never be going there again. On the other hand my sister loved it and can't stop talking about how much she loves her hair. The workers were nice tho.

Sorry: I don't ever 'splurge' for anything beyond the basic wet-dry mop-chop. However, 90% of the time, there's hardly ever any waiting for me, & the staff are more than accomodating with 'take a little more off the top' & similar requests.
