“As a boy mom I’ve come to realize just how DIFFICULT it is to find a GOOD barber/stylist. I’ve had some experiences, to say the least. ABBY at kid’s Hair Etc. in mandeville is an absolute DOLL. She’s great with kids. Listens to what your looking for. Excellent at her trade. Someone recommended me to her and they were right. We were in and out in 35 minutes. I highly recommend Abby. “This doesn't have anything to do with a haircut but my interaction with the barber Shawn. I had purchased a watch on FB marketplace through Shawn for his friend. I didn't have time to fool with it during the holidays so when I finally did try to connect it it was broken. I contacted Shawn. He was obviously disturbed because he sold it for a friend. After about two weeks he finally got the money back from his friend and refunded it to me. MOST PEOPLE would not do that. So props to Shawn for doing the right thing. It says a lot, God Bless. Ray“

“Download the app and check wait times. Download the app and check in online. Download the app and avoid being miffed and storming out mad. If you read any part of this review, read the opening several times. Sport Clips is great but you need the app. Where else can you see live wait times that are pretty accurate and get a place in line before driving over? If more people used the app they would avoid what I have seen several times. A man walks in and no one is in the store. He checks in and while waiting several other people walk in and have their haircut before him. Then the original man stands up, shakes his fist at the sky, and curses technology. Look, technology is great and if you use it you will be happy. Maybe the Chinese government can see my check-ins but I do not really care (they really can't this is not Tik Tok). If they want to see how many times I get my hair cut, so be it. But I am checking in and avoiding a line. Now that we have the app and check-ins out of the way, what about the haircut? The haircut is always solid and the staff are friendly and personable. This is impressive because I have seen how some of the dudes try and flirt and act charming. The ability they have to remain friendly and engaging is pretty stellar. If you are feeling like a little pampering, I do recommend the MVP so you get a ot towel and shoulder massage. They use a Theragun style massager so if you are a creep don't think they are actually rubbing your shoulders. I am a fan of Sport Clips. While I don't want the wait times to increase just because you have read my review, I will use the app so I won't be waiting long in the store anyway.“
