If you read any part of this review, read the opening several times. Sport Clips is great but you need the app. Where else can you see live wait times that are pretty accurate and get a place in line before driving over? If more people used the app they would avoid what I have seen several times. A man walks in and no one is in the store. Open on Mardi Gras day! Fast service with no wait and Yes, there were other people there getting hair cuts. Friendly courteous staff and finally a great cut.Every time I’ve gone they are consistently good. I’ve had Ali a couple of times now and she does a great job!ThxService: Haircut

Positive experience with my first visit. Starting off, I really like the check-in online feature that allows you to check in (obviously) but also let’s you know how much of a wait there is. Never fun to drop in to a place only to find 20 other people had the same idea - and there goes 2 hours of your afternoon.Ali was my stylist and I think did a great job. Haircut was as requested and she was good about checking in with me as she went. MVP experience was a nice add-on.
