Today, I misunderstood our appointment time and arrived later than scheduled. Instead of turning us away or saying they couldn’t make it work, Matthew stepped in and cut my son’s hair. Even more impressive, the customer who was scheduled next was polite and patient and allowed my son to squeeze in before him.

We drove all the way from New Orleans, so the fact that they made it happen for us truly meant a lot. The haircut was great, but the customer service was even better, A-1, top tier. We’ll continue coming back. Highly recommend The Bearded Barber!“
