Ty went above and beyond and took the time to hand write a cheat sheet for an entire hair care regimen. She was the most thoughtful and helpful stylist I’ve been too. She had answers for all my questions throughout the appointment and took the time to listen to all my concerns. I was able to get a trim and hydration refresh that left my hair feeling so much better than when I walked in the door.
