My lash appointments with both Katie and Alix have been phenomenal! I feel very comfortable with them and appreciate their attention to detail.They ask what look I have in mind and deliver every time. My lash retention in between refills is amazing too...? (do your part, wash your lashes!!)The salon is always clean and bright. The customer service is great and I enjoy my time there every few weeks! Thanks girls! ?

This was my first time getting eyelash extensions (never even had false eyelashes you can do at home on!) and I was a bit nervous, but Alix made me feel at ease right away. She took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. She also asked me about the look I was going for, my typical day, and recommended a style that would also suit my features.During the application, Alix was incredibly gentle and took great care to make sure each lash was perfectly placed. I got my lashes done by a couple people before and i had them done this recent time by Jessica trying to do a different style than what i normally get and they came out absolutely perfect. She was able to do what i imagined in my head only they looked better after service. Jessica was very nice and professional and willing to talk with me.
