We decided to schedule Mr. Shane to get a free estimate and tell us what our A/C problem was. Shane was very friendly, professional and patient with some of our d*** questions, LOL. But, also being that my wife and I are first-time homeowners, we are cost-conscious. When I first called the company and talked to a young lady on the phone, after that discussion.I decided to hire the company to inspect and repair my general generator. The technician came out and was very honest,respectful, knowledgable about the service and parts he was providing. He has a great and warm personality. My generator started this evening as scheduled. This time it didn't struggle to start. It started with no problems and ran and sounded like it was brand new.My generator is approximately 20 years.
