My wife and I are very particular on who we hire for a contractor job. Especially when it comes to a maintenance repair we haven't deal with in the past. Unfortunately, our A/C went down after ten months of purchasing our first home in Katy, TX. After some research online, we found Shane's A/C & Heat company. We verified that he was licensed & insured by the state. His services offered were in range to what our A/C problem could have. We decided to schedule Mr. Shane to get a free estimate and tell us what our A/C problem was. Shane, came the very next day and send us a message when he was on the way and did not make us wait all day. Gave us a detail explanation of the A/C problem, along with all the options we had. Shane was very friendly, professional and patient with some of our d*** questions, LOL. But, also being that my wife and I are first-time homeowners, we are cost-conscious. So, not only did we got an affordable and comfortable payment option for the repair but we got our A/C running again in less than a day. We certainly recommend Shane's A/C & Heat company for any HVAC needs.

I had a truly lovely experience here as a new client. Don washed, trimmed, and flat ironed my hair for me. He was very detailed and informative providing me with tips on how to maintain and care for my hair. I love the calming and relaxed atmosphere there. The ladies who work there as well were kind and engaging. I came in with long, fine, high porosity, extremely damaged hair. When my service was done my hair felt airy like a feather. He did exactly what I asked for and everything I needed. I did a hair mask with a light oil bonding treatment and my hair looks incredible already. I am so super grateful I will most definitely be returning!!!
From our first contact with Mel, Kelly and Henry…they have been AWESOME!! We were faced with an unenviable timescale to get from no bathroom (as we had ripped everything out) to a finished walk-in shower…before my husband’s upcoming cancer surgery. Henry worked with us to get the plumbing changed around to help us make our vision come true…and then came back after we did the tiling to fit the valve, diverter etc to put the finishing touches to it. We cannot say enough good things about this company. Maybe the most important comment? They are GOOD PEOPLE. Highly recommend to anyone!!!!
