My wife and I are very particular on who we hire for a contractor job. Especially when it comes to a maintenance repair we haven't deal with in the past. Unfortunately, our A/C went down after ten months of purchasing our first home in Katy, TX. After some research online, we found Shane's A/C & Heat company. We verified that he was licensed & insured by the state. His services offered were in range to what our A/C problem could have. We decided to schedule Mr. Shane to get a free estimate and tell us what our A/C problem was.
