Southern Air did a wonderful job securing my warranty part from the manufacturer. Southern Air had my back the whole time. They did a great job installing the warranty part. Southern Air also completed a small fix in the return air. Good job at a reasonable price.
We have been a customer for many years and always receive excellent service. The installation of our new A/C system was done quickly with very little interruption to household. The team goes out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied.
I haven’t even gotten the work done yet but I just wanted to leave a review of the HVAC Guy that came out to my house James Howerton, he was great. He figured out the problem extremely quickly and his customers service was amazing I’ll definitely be requesting him anytime I have work done with Surgi.
