Her appointment portal for first time customers is something every Hair dresser should have it’s like she knew my hair before even seeing it. Kristen explains everything to you in detail. She is Honest knowledgeable and professional. I left out of the salon looking 20 years younger. My hair is so easy to manage, very little effort needed on my end and my hair still looks great. “This beauty spa is located upstairs and was previously a Brazilian wax place but it has been transformed into suites with stylists that specialize in sew ins, quick weaves, makeup, lashes, etc. Every stylist that I encountered here had a positive attitude. Tia (Kwanzaa Kollection) was my daughter’s stylist. She was very pleasant. Tia still washes hair ya’ll; what a plus! I sent her a picture and she went from there. She said that she was a former stylist at a makeup retail store. She specializes in all hair types. I recommend Tia.“
