“EVERY single time I’ve been to this salon, I’ve always felt super welcomed & gotten the queen treatment for sure. Everyone is always all smiles, super friendly, sweet and accommodating. The atmosphere is super bright as well so if you’re having a bad day & walk inside, you’ll definitely be in better spirits and I love that. Thats why I’ve continued to come back because the customer service is unmatched. I’ve never been anywhere w/this level of service.BUT I have to say every single time I’ve been, I’ve had an issue. First time, my nails started to look really bad after only two days. Second, I couldn’t get my nails how I wanted them because the tech said she didn’t have time & all I wanted was a French tip. Third, my nails were really discolored and odd looking after only ONE day. Fourth, I set a morning appointment and I got a text from the stylist saying my appointment had to be changed to an evening appointment because of scheduling issues. I’m so sad to not be able to give this salon 5 stars because all the service providers I’ve encountered are truly the sweetest service providers I’ve ever worked with but I just can’t look pass these issues.“

Even before my booking she provided me with tons of information about the product and was very quick with her response despite it being deep Mardi Gras season.She really has a passion for hair and her customer service and professionalism went above and beyond what I expected. She specializes in color and hair extensions and understands the damage that goes alongside the above treatments.On the day of my booking she was prompt and efficient and upfront with pricing. I have thin curly hair that immediately frizzes with a touch of humidity (not ideal living in New Orleans) and after K18 my hair was radiant and voluminous. Usually I am always worried about getting my hair done by someone else because I have really curly hair and needed a trim VERY bad. I had very dry hair because of my last color and desired a blow soft curl look. Mrs. Shawn executed my request and exceeded my expectations!
