Ali and Caffy did a great job on my hair. I expected to spend at least 5 hrs in the shop. I was in and out in about 3 hours! I showed them the style that I desired and because of the length of my hair the style had to be a little different. However, I love the way my hair looks. The ladies there are very friendly and kind. I had been trying to find a hair braider that was decently priced for a while when a friend's mom recommended Aliza. It's a small braiding shop located off of Manhattan in a tiny strip mall (if you blink you'll miss it) owned by Ms. Aliza herself. I'm not sure if they're appointment only, but I would suggest making one. It's a $20 deposit for all styles and they only accept cash, Zelle, or Cash App. I have a pretty short haircut that I was growing out so I stopped by in-person before making my appointment to double check that they would be able to braid it at the current length.
