“Existing customer totally angry and frustrated using them at my personal home, paid the deposit like usual. Told them they were coming behind another plumber left us with only hot water in the tub. Gave pictures as requested. They came and did no work and wanted to set up another appointment for another day for additional money. Dionne also shared the manual with the receptionist and they had everything they needed to fix. I forgot to call during the day they have not responded to messages every day, no one ever called.
