The Roto Rooter specialist came out to unstop my toilette. As soon as the rep arrived at my house, it started raining. I told him he does not have to start the job because of the rain, but I really needed it to be fixed. He started the job but it was too much rain, by then it started storming. He told me he will stop, but he will be back first thing tomorrow, which he was. Alan worked for 2 hours trying to unstop the pipe. Though the problem was bigger than that, he gave me a few suggestions. Though he could not finish it because I had to call the city to come flush the pipes. Alan still did his part of the job and did it well. I am grateful for that!
The technician arrived within a few hours of the call for service and was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I was contacted with updates regarding the estimated arrival time of the technician.
It took me a couple of weeks to get to this, but my service person was Lourele Roberts (#2126). He did a great job clearing a clog in our drain and repairing a toilet that hadn't flushed properly in several weeks. He was prompt, told me everything he was going to do ahead of time, and gave me an estimate of what things might cost. He was professional and courteous. I would recommend Roto-Rooter strongly based on my experience.
