I apologize if I sent this twice. I highly recommend Bertucci Bros. Plumbing. I recently had a sewerage backup problem and I called Bertucci Bros and two techs came out the next day. They worked diligently to find the problem by using a camera and told me they thought the break was on the City's side. I live in Orleans Parish, which is important to know because of how things turned out. The next day, two different techs came out and dug a hole in my yard by the sidewalk and my driveway and found that the break was on the City's side. My daughter called SW&B who sent someone out who looked in the hole and said it was not on the City's side and SW&B would not make the repairs. Mr. David Bertucci called SWB and asked if a Supervisor would meet him at my house to discuss the matter. SW&B refused to do this but did send someone else out, who also said SW&B was not responsible for repairs. At this point they refused anymore calls from us to discuss this matter. David and Rick went out of their way to get the City of New Orleans SW&B to do the right thing, to no avail. This says a lot about their character. The four techs who came out to do the work were courteous, professional and knowledgeable concerning their jobs. They kept my daughter informed of everything that they were doing. I cannot recommend Bertucci Bros. Plumbing enough. They go over and beyond to do a great job.
Recently, I’ve frequently received high water usage notices from Sewerage and Water Board related to an investment property. Because I don’t live onsite, it was very hard for me to attempt to diagnose the issue. I received a recommendation to try Bertucci Bros from a trusted source, and contacted them immediately. They were able to set an appointment for the following week, and were even willing to work with a last minute schedule change on my end. When they arrived at the property, they examined everything, quickly determined the source of the increased water usage, and repaired the issue immediately. I am very pleased with Bertucci Bros’ customer service and will keep them in my Rolodex.
