“We went today and had to say goodbye to our dear elderly cat. It was one of the worst days of my life, but I found solace in the amazing humans there. Everyone was unbelievably kind, from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor and especially the manager (thank you, from the bottom of my heart). They all made sure my dear girl felt the warmth and love of not just her family, but everyone she came into contact with on her final day. I lost my best friend, but it was moving to see so many great humans rallying to help, even though we were completely new and they never met us before. It restored some hope on a very dark day. “Took my pup in for an evaluation to see if he would be a good fit for their daycare and boarding services. They hung on to him for a couple hours, introducing him to their facility and giving him time to adjust while observing how he does with other dogs. He got to play in water while there, his absolute favorite activity, and when I picked him up I could tell he had a great time! And they gave us a free day of daycare!! We are so impressed with their facility, the services they offer, and the staff. It was all great!!”
