One customer’s elderly father had heat on the very same day they called. Another customer had a new unit installed with added ducts, and the installation only took one day. The owner answered all questions with no hesitation and came back the next day to check how everything was working. The previous unit had not been installed correctly, but the owner did a great job owning the AC issues from start to finish, with nothing left undone. He even had a part overnighted. The maintenance contract is super affordable and worth the peace of mind to have all units serviced twice a year. He was upfront, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about what was going on with the unit. He also helped with electrical issues in a bedroom and with a camper hook up. The experience was great, and the owner was ready to help fix AC problems quickly.
