We got a quote from another big name company, it was an outrageous pricing for a simple fix. Xtreme came quickly and was amazing about being honest and saved us HUNDREDS of dollars. I can not recommend them enough. The tech was honest and went above and beyond to give us the best service!
Xtreme has been out to repair Ac/ Heating on 2 occasions recently. During freeze and on a Friday at 5 pm and worked until 8:30 pm. Always efficient and courteous. Determined to resolve issue. I have purchased service contract and feel secure that Ac/heating will be taken care of.
This team has certainly gone above and beyond for us and we really are so grateful. Kade, Allie & Dustin are outstanding and have made the Xtreme AC name, one of credibility. Our unit at work went out and this crew got into action IMMEDIATELY. Things took longer than expected to climb the corporate ladder and they remained patient throughout the whole process. Once payment was made, the unit was picked up, installed, and running in 2 days. Allie became a new friend through this process and was so personable in ALL of our interactions with her.
