We had to call for service twice in one week for 2 different locations. Both were calls for after hour services. Both calls were answered quickly. Technicians arrived on time. One service was not completed until 9pm, which demonstrated the dedication of this team to get our AC units running again. I would recommend F & R every time for their expertise and fair pricing.
The office personnel and technician went out of their way to make sure our system was repaired as quickly as possible. The technician, who was quite proficient, did a thorough job ensuring our system worked properly. Didn’t try to upsell or recommend unnecessary repairs. Great job.
