I was not looking forward to searching for the perfect flooring to use in my new house. I was recommended to go to New Orleans Flooring. When I arrived I walked in and Mrs. Beverly was waiting at her desk and was eager to assist me. I had a sample of a product I wanted to use and she immediately walked over and assisted me in finding a similar product that they carried. She explained to me why the product they carried was superior and gave me a few options as far as price points and sizes. She was extremely helpful and made the whole process quick and simple. Outstanding installation and service. Keith and his crew have done work for me at my business and home. I highly recommend Adams. Keith understands how to size the equipment correctly for the space. He fixed issues at my business that no one else seemed to be able to resolve. He’s a perfectionist so the work also looks good and considers how to best place the outside equipment without obstructing your views and keeping the sound away from your gathering spaces. Steven and Mario are the owners, they answer their phones and show up to the job site. I'm not sure what happened in the review below, but we had a great experience.
We had 3 levels of heart of pine flooring installed in our gut renovation (about 4400 sq feet). Any issues we encountered with the flooring install and finish were rectified personally by Steven and Mario. Their guys were AMAZING with leveling out my wonky advantech sub flooring install (by a previous contractor- not by classic). They were recommended by my contractor and we could not be happier with our floors in our home. We would (and have) hire them again for any flooring project in the New Orleans area.

I called for a free quote, came the next day with products for a visual not virtual hands on look and feel. I’m 68 years old and just put a fortified 40 year roof, so the lifetime warranty with Leaf Filter ended my ladder climbing days. Also sealant 50 year warranty along with braces every few inches is a no brainer.
The delivery driver was wonderful. Very professional and courteous. Salesman Damian was very helpful in setting everything up. We will use them again.
