courtesy call before arrival was very helpful to prepare for the inspection, good idea. technician was polite and professional and quick. process was hassle free and explanation of receipt and followup made sense. great job.
We discovered rodent poop in our attic. I contacted Orkin online. Ron came the next day to check it out. He called before he arrived and arrived on time. He showed me photos and explained his recommendations. The next week, we were able to have our project completed. Again they called beforehand, arrived on time, and completed the job much quicker than expected. They cleaned up the mess. Thank you!
They have been taking care of my house every year since 1979. Very efficient and fast. When they come out they are professional and friendly at the same time. I highly recommend Orkin.
