MLM rehabbed for my small business a century old single family residence that had been in a derelict state at the time of purchase. They gutted the building to the studs, added a camelback, and reinforced the foundation. MLM was wonderful from start to finish in our kitchen remodel. They were detailed in the planning and construction process, responsive to requests, very communicative throughout, and finished according to schedule. We have done a lot of projects on our 120 year old home, and this was the smoothest project yet! We were very pleased with the finished product. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do remodel or construction work!

Machi and his team are very professional, they communicate clearly and do a great job of explaining the construction process, timing and costs. They follow through on what they say they are going to do.
