Rolland Safe and the Lock are the best. I thought the lady with the glasses ignored me when I said good morning to her as I entered the store. I quickly realized that she did not hear me because I was more than six feet away from her. She demonstrated courtesy and professionalism throughout my time there. My uncle and I were seeking a copy of a desk key and at first she discovered that she had no blanks. She mentioned that another company may have it, but I stated to her that we were referred to Rolland. She took the extraordinary step and called the manufacturer of the key.
