O Bar - Covington

O Bar provides helpful and caring tech support. Customers praised Donnie for being knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive, explaining everything very well and creating a great experience. Mel, a tech helper, was also very helpful and patient, taking time to make sure customers understood everything. One customer stopped by after having trouble with an app, and Mel fixed it in no time. Another customer could not access MyChart on a new phone, but Mel figured out the problem and got it working perfectly. The Covington O-Bar is the only location in the Parish.
