“Bievenue Brothers are my heroes. My wedding band and engagement ring that are hooked together went down the toilet. It was one of those automatic flush toilets with plenty pressure. After a lot of crying, I Regrouped And called them for options. They sent out their guy with a camera after hours and he was able to locate it. After some tricky maneuvers, he was able to get it out. He is my guardian angel. I highly recommend them“

I called Wednesday, January 10, 2024, to get someone out to check my ac unit because the heater was not working, and a cold front was headed this way. DJ arrived that afternoon to check it out and I was told that I needed a new ac unit because my unit was a hazard to operate. (2007 ac unit). He then setup an appointment for the next day, Thursday, January 11, 2024, for me to speak with their consultant Josh, to give me some options. After talking with Josh, I decided to get a new unit. I asked if I could get someone out for the next day to have the unit install due to the cold weather headed this way. The company made it possible, and the technicians and installers (Michael, Donaldo, Chad and Romalis) arrive at 8:15am Friday, January 12, 2024. They were very, professional, knowledgeable, did an awesome job. They cleaned up, made sure the system was running as expected. Thanks, to Bryan’s United and Surgi’s the great customer service, dispatcher, and team you made it happen for me.“
“PLUMBING ISSUEKitchen sink was not draining properly. When Joel (and Daniel) tried to fix what they had hoped would involve a quick procedure, they assessed the problem to be a broken water pipe in the slab. Not the best news a homeowner wants to hear; however, Joel quickly assembled a team of highly qualified experts to execute a tunneling process in order to change the pipe.Considering a broken pipe can be a nightmare and very costly to replace, I have to say that this was the least stressful, most reasonably priced, home maintenance project I have ever had.TIME FRAMEJoel came out on a Thursday, assessed the problem, and completed the entire project by Tuesday afternoon without a glitch.This man works weekends and does not charge the extra (typical weekend ) fee to fix a problem.COSTJoel’s prices are very reasonable, especially for the high caliber work he does. He is the true definition of a master plumber and can be reached in an emergency or when a customer has questions about a plumbing issue.Prompt, reliable, honest, and competent are all terms that apply to Joel and his plumbing business.RECOMMENDATION:I highly recommend 504 Parish Plumbing and will only use Joel’s company for future plumbing needs! “Brandon and his apprentice Serosha did an excellent job with the plumbing repairs today. They arrived even earlier than scheduled; they were courteous and explained everything so that I could understand what was needed. They made short work of replacing worn out parts in the tanks of two toilets. They spent most of their time on my lavatory drain that was stopped up. It was an issue that was beyond the goose-neck and it required investigation with a camera and additional cleaning out of the drain pipe where gunk had accumulated. When they left, the lavatory was draining as though it and its plumbing were brand new. They were careful to clean up any mess they had made. I am very satisfied with the level of service I received today. I will definitely call Bertucci Bros. when I have future plumbing needs.“

“We got an instant reply when we called. Set up a time the following day and they where spot on. Called me 20 minutes before arriving. Did a great job. They did a new commode and bathroom faucets. It took them about an hr. and a half. Very neat and polite. Would highly recommend.“

“The Roto Rooter specialist came out to unstop my toilette. As soon as the rep arrived at my house, it started raining. I told him he does not have to start the job because of the rain, but I really needed it to be fixed. He started the job but it was too much rain, by then it started storming. He told me he will stop, but he will be back first thing tomorrow, which he was. Alan worked for 2 hours trying to unstop the pipe. Though the problem was bigger than that, he gave me a few suggestions. Though he could not finish it because I had to call the city to come flush the pipes. Alan still did his part of the job and did it well. I am grateful for that!“

“I called Fitz's for a clogged kitchen drain. I tried my best, but it was clogged. I called my regular plumber and he said he'd be a week or so. He's not my plumber anymore. I called Fitz's and they were available the very next day. They confirmed the appointment and even texted when he's was on his way. He found the blockage and showed me a video so I didn't have to crawl in there. I'll use them again and absolutely recommend them!“
