Each class begins with a teaching from the Yoga Sutra. Donisha's calm and soothing voice always gets me in the perfect head space for the practice. The place has such good energy. “Raymond Harris is a wonderful, professional masseuse. He came to my house and helped me with a sports injury. He charged $120 an hour which was about standard for massages in Nola at the time. Great experience, 10/10, would recommend.
