BEST prenatal massage I've had all 9 months. No side lying with a bolster, a true front and back massage where the table has a hole for your belly with support bands and the back tilts up so you can breath, but still be flat. Such a great massage! I will absolutely be back again!
Full service health center and you can buy daily or week passes! Out of town? No problem. TONS of fitness classes to chose from - yoga, interval training, Zumba, NIA, conditioning, acqua... if it exists, more than likely they have it! I took a GREAT Zumba Gold class. I thought it would be a dud... and then the shaky started and the sweat poured like rivers. A great time was had by all. Clean, beautiful and it has a full service spa. AMAZING!
