I went to Shenandoah Eye Clinic to have new lenses made and installed into my old frames. A friend who’s been a client of Shenandoah Eye Clinic for 20 years referred me. The entire staff acknowledged me, very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed at all as they constantly had other clients coming in and out.I will recommend Shenandoah Eye Clinic to my family and friends.

I went in on the day before a holiday weekend because I was having eye pain. Not my normal eye doctor or clinic. But I can’t tell you how pleased I was with Dr. Bowman. He was thorough and so kind and helpful. I highly recommend.

I went to see if I could get new frames under the warranty I purchased when I bought my glasses. The first person I talked to had no idea what I was talking about. She kept telling me my insureance does not cover glasses. She said to have a seat and someone else would try to help me. The second person knew exactly what I was talking about. I told her the screw had been replaced twice. She looked at the frame and said the warranty did cover new frames and ordered them for me.
