I am writing a review today bc of what just happened. I been ignoring the text messages and reminders from the office. I decided to respond to see what the robot does. It wasn’t a robot! A real person answered me message quickly. It was so refreshing to know that someone real is on the other side. Not only did they implement newer technology but they still keep it personable. That to me is a big plus! Your office is awesome Dr Dinh keep it up!

I was looking for an eye doctor and found Vue through my insurance. I saw the great reviews and decided to give it a try! Their reviews are accurate. Dr. Dinh was so friendly and welcoming! I haven’t had an eye exam in a very long time and didn’t know what to expect. The process was easy and comfortable. The receptionist checked me in quickly. Highly recommend.

Update: Paige called to rectify the situation which was much appreciated, but should not have been an issue in the beginning. Much improvement is needed this is a start from excellent service granted at the start of our business adventure many years ago......Thanks for the call.This company use to be great now they make up excuses for the poor service received. The Ophthalmologist is excellent. Couldn't ask for a better person to examine you. Great Service from him. It's mainly his front end staff that's the mess up. They blame their mistakes on the Insurance Companies I know this to be true because I follow-up with my Company. Their courtesy and consideration is lacking...read full review
