I was never contacted about owing any medical bills but when i checked my credit it states that i owe $200 that they sent to collections. When i checked with the hospital that i went to in order to see if i hadn't paid off everything, i was told that i had paid my bill in full and should not have owed anything.

Seems to be a theme with a few people with this group. I was hospitalized last year and my insurance paid the majority of my bills at least I thought. Four months later I get a bill for over $1600 from this group. I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone regarding This bill. A month later I was thrown into collections. I have insurance so I’m not understanding as to why this is even legal. Apparently after reading reviews this seems to be a normal practice with this group. Unethical!

Dr Charles Nunez (and OLOL) failed to disclose during an er visit for a dislocated shoulder that he is ONLY a Medicare insurance provider. Paid the er copay, and received a bill for services for over $3k due to out of network costs. Balance billing is legal but highly unethical. Would have been better off being uninsured...
