Specifically the labcorp lab on the left when you first enter the building.The girl that helped me went above and beyond! I mean exceptional performance, patient care and professionalism. I wish I was better with names, because I would definitely name her while I sing my praises.My doc sent an order for bloodwork, but due to there being a different software, the girl couldn't access it. She was able to call the Dr office and get her on the line, and within minutes she had figured it all out! I have never been so impressed in my life. I don't understand why people who don't have the personality for customer service insist on working jobs at a front desk. The women who work in reception here, (not billing) have seriously bad attitudes. They rolled their eyes and practically snarled, because I had the AUDACITY to check in for my appointment. The poor older gentleman behind me almost had his head ripped off because he didn't know the name of his procedure and his wife answered for him. It's bad enough we need these procedures, as most of us are fighting for our lives as cancer patients.
