Ms. Shenika Hill is so amazing! She embodies kindness and patience. I really appreciate the time she took to answer ALL of my questions (I ask plenty) while also giving me the best advice. She eased my anxiety of switching my insurance by speaking calmly and offering solutions to my problems. She made me laugh to make me feel comfortable to open up so she could better understand how to help me. If you want to switch to Geico, ask for Ms. Shenika Hill!
