Louisiana Insurance Center has provided insurance both on a personal and business level for me since 1994. I have never had issues with them or their carriers. They have been on top of all my needs.

I have used LIC exclusively for all of my properties in Louisiana. It started way back when an agent went out of her way to help me save a fortune on flood insurance by telling me of LOMR and how it works. Now she was leaving them soon after helping me, which I did not know, but she took extra time to help out a customer. That said all I needed to know about the staff there. Yearsl later I can still count on them to be proactive on my account and provide the best insurance advice and service I have ever received. I love their follow-up messages and I am assured our communication has been clear.They still look out for me nearly twenty years later.

I have used LAIC for various insurance needs for several years now and cannot recommend them enough. In a time where personal service and actually being known by your name, instead of just as a number, seems to be a thing of the past, LAIC makes you feel like a friend. I’m always confident they have my best interest in mind when advising me on my insurance needs! Truly a great company with amazing, friendly and knowledgeable staff and owners!
